At the south end of Osgood Avenue, just out of Stillwater, the road
ends. If
you've
ever been there, most
likely you were lost. Julia Weber was the only person who ventured beyond
the end
of
the road.
Only Julia knew the beauty of the rolling hills which lay just beyond
the oak grove hiding her home.
Very few have experienced the expansive views of western Wisconsin offered from these high hills. Very few have seen the deer, turkey and red fox that roam the hills and forests.
And in reality, very few ever will.
Lynskey & Clark partnered with Julia to help her share this property
with a small number of residents. After securing Julia's serene homesite,
Lynskey & Clark worked to develop a neighborhood which preserved
the natural beauty of the land. Thirty acres of land were set aside as
permanent conservation easements – the rolling hills, forests,
water and seclusion that attracted you to Audubon today, will attract
future buyers. Audubon will continue to look like it does today – protected
by dense hardwood forests on the north, west and south – and rolling
hills to the east.
Thirty-eight homesites have been carefully designed amid the rolling hills and prairies – giving each residence clear sight lines to scenic panoramas.
